Megan over at Hachette Audio just shot me an email saying that the publisher is offering a free audio download of George Pelecanos’s short story “Chosen” on it s Facebook page. The story features the first appearance of Iraq War veteran Spero Lucas, hero of Pelecanos’s newest novel, The Cut. The story, which is read by by actor Dion Graham (from TVs The Wire), previously only was available to those who bought the novel as an ebook.
