The SkyRiver lawsuit (LJ’s report includes the document) against OCLC is going to rack up a lot more discussion.
As Jason Griffey tweeted, “GAH! Pg 21: “…OCLC has used it’s tax-free profits to pay personal cash inducements to key university library officials…”
The rest of the charge is in the image below, and the inducements–the alleged inducements–include “luxury trips to expensive resorts…”
